Hello! This is just another weight loss blog. I'm trying to lose weight in a healthy way, that's all. Just thought it would be a good idea to keep track of my ups and downs here, and maybe find a little inspiration and support along the way.

Not so worried anymore…my scale today says I’m 98 lbs. Fail! I need to send this shit back to the manufacture!

This week is just establishing the routine, since the boyfriend is coming up next week and I know everything’s gonna fly out the door. Here are the stats anyways though:

  • Monday = weights with 10 lbs except dead-lifts with 15 lbs and chest flies at 5; interval training at 4.5 jog, 7.0 sprint, and 1.0 incline; stairmasters for 30 minutes
  • Tuesday = 10 mins of abs, 10 minutes of back, 10 laps in the pool in 15 minutes
  • Wednesday = weights and intervals same as above; no stairs (that was extra)
  • Thursday =
  • Friday =
  • Saturday =
  • Sunday =

As of 3/19, I weigh 111.6 with all my clothes on. Given that I haven’t actually gotten into my routine, and have dropped about a few pounds relatively quickly (I was just 116 not too long ago!), kinda makes me nervous. I know I’ve been eating healthy, but I also haven’t been cooking much for myself. I’ve been eating whatever’s around the house at a decent proportion without counting calories so I’m not sure if I am necessarily getting enough calories either. Yikes. Body, please don’t hate me!

And then annoys me that I’m at this freakin tiny weight (smallest I’ve been in a loooong time) and clothes STILL don’t look hot damn amazing on me. I mean some do, but not all and that’s annoying.
